“ Eucerin presents Once Upon a Glow X LingLing ”

ซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ Eucerin กลุ่ม Spotless Brightening ตามที่กำหนด ระหว่างวันที่ 12 มิถุนายน 2569 – 9 กรกฎาคม 2569 ลุ้นรับสิทธิพิเศษจาก Eucerin

ในการเข้าร่วมงาน “Eucerin presents Once Upon a Glow X LingLing” ในวันพุธที่ 19 สิงหาคม 2569 เวลา 15.00-17.30 น. (รายละเอียดของสถานที่จัดงาน ทางคณะผู้จัดงานจะแจ้งให้ทราบอีกครั้ง)

โดยสิทธิพิเศษจะแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ประเภท ได้แก่ Special Fans จำนวน 20 ท่าน และ Lucky Fans จำนวน 60 ท่าน จากการซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ Eucerin เพื่อลุ้นรับสิทธิพิเศษโดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้

Tier 1:

•ซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ Eucerin Spotless Brightening Booster Serum ขนาด 30 มล. 1 ชิ้น หรือ Eucerin Even Skin Spotless Brightening Boosting Essence ขนาด 100 มล. 1 ชิ้น เท่านั้น ทุก 1,000 บาท ต่อ 1 ใบเสร็จ รับ 1 สิทธิ์
ตัวอย่าง:
- ซื้อ Eucerin Spotless Brightening Booster Serum 1 ชิ้น (ราคา 2,025.-) รับ 2 สิทธิ์
- ซื้อ Eucerin Even Skin Spotless Brightening Boosting Essence 1 ชิ้น (ราคา 1,215.-) รับ 1 สิทธิ์
- ซื้อ Eucerin Spotless Brightening Booster Serum 1 ชิ้น ราคา (2,025.-) และ Eucerin Even Skin Spotless Brightening Boosting Essence 1 ชิ้น ราคา (1,215.-) รวม 3,240 บาท รับ 3 สิทธิ์

Tier 2:

•ซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ Eucerin Spotless Brightening Booster Serum ขนาด 30 มล. อย่างน้อย 1 ชิ้น และ Eucerin Even Skin Spotless Brightening Boosting Essence ขนาด 100 มล. อย่างน้อย 1 ชิ้น โดยสามารถซื้อสินค้าอื่นๆ ของ Eucerin ในกลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ Spotless Brightening เฉพาะสินค้าที่ร่วมรายการ ครบ 5,000 บาท ต่อ 1 ใบเสร็จ รับสิทธิ์คูณ 2

- ซื้อ Eucerin Spotless Brightening Booster Serum 2 ชิ้น (2,025 x 2 = 4,050.-), Eucerin Even Skin Spotless Brightening Boosting Essence 1 ชิ้น (1,215) รวมทั้งหมด ราคา 5,265 บาท รับ 5 สิทธิ์ และได้รับสิทธิ์พิเศษเพิ่ม x2 รวมเป็นทั้งหมด 10 สิทธิ์

ช่องทางการสั่งซื้อ / ระยะเวลา

1.ช่องทางออฟไลน์ที่ร้านค้า EVEANDBOY ทุกสาขา เท่านั้น

2.ช่องทางออนไลน์ผ่านทาง Website และ Application ของ EVEANDBOY เท่านั้น

3.ระยะเวลาในการร่วมกิจกรรม ระหว่างวันที่ 12 มิถุนายน 2569 เวลา 00.00 น. – 09 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 23.59 น.เท่านั้น

หมายเหตุ

* ลูกค้าสามารถเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมโดยการส่งใบเสร็จเพื่อสะสมสิทธิ์ ซึ่งจะได้รับการพิจารณาสำหรับทั้ง Special Fans และ Lucky Fans โดยจะคัดเลือก Special Fans จากผู้ที่มีสิทธิ์สะสมสูงสุด 20 อันดับแรกก่อน และสำหรับท่านที่ไม่ได้รับสิทธิ์ Special Fans และได้มีการกรอกข้อมูลครบถ้วน ทางผู้จัดงานจะทำการโอนสิทธิ์ของท่านไปร่วมเป็น Lucky Fans ตามจำนวนสิทธิ์ที่ได้รับ เพื่อหาผู้โชคดีอีก 60 ท่านจากกิจกรรม Lucky Fans

** ไม่สามารถนำมูลค่าใบเสร็จมารวมกันได้

*** ใบเสร็จรับเงินจะต้องออกจากเครื่อง POS จากร้านค้าที่กำหนดเท่านั้น และในกรณีการสั่งซื้อออนไลน์ ต้องใช้ใบเสร็จหรือหลักฐานการสั่งซื้อจากระบบที่สามารถตรวจสอบได้ **

**** ใบเสร็จที่อัปโหลดแล้ว จะไม่สามารถนำมาอัปโหลดซ้ำได้อีก หากกรณีตรวจพบจะทำการให้สิทธิ์กับใบเสร็จแรกก่อน**

หลักเกณฑ์การคัดเลือกรับรางวัล

สิทธิ์เข้าร่วมงาน “Eucerin presents Once Upon a Glow X LingLing” ในวันพุธที่ 19 สิงหาคม 2569 จำนวน 80 รางวัล

•คัดเลือกผู้โชคดี Special Fans จำนวน 20 ท่าน โดยพิจารณาจากผู้ที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมที่มีจำนวนสิทธิ์สะสมสูงสุดในระบบจากรายชื่อที่ลงทะเบียนภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด 12 มิถุนายน 2569 - 09 กรกฎาคม 2569 จำนวน 20 อันดับแรก (สิ้นสุดการลงทะเบียนวันที่ 09 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 23.59 น.) และทำตามกติกาที่กำหนดครบถ้วน

•คัดเลือกผู้โชคดี Lucky Fans จำนวน 60 ท่าน โดยการจับฉลาก จากรายชื่อที่ลงทะเบียนภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด 12 มิถุนายน 2569 - 09 กรกฎาคม 2569 (สิ้นสุดการลงทะเบียนวันที่ 09 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 23.59 น.) และทำตามกติกาที่กำหนดครบถ้วน

ทั้งนี้ ผู้ที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกเป็น Special Fans แล้ว จะไม่นำรายชื่อมาร่วมในการจับฉลาก Lucky Fans

วิธีการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม

1.ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจะต้องซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ที่กำหนด

2.ลงทะเบียนออนไลน์ผ่านทาง LINE Official Account: Eucerin Thailand (@eucerinthailand) ในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด พร้อมกรอกข้อมูลให้ครบถ้วน ได้แก่ ชื่อ-นามสกุล (ชื่อที่ใช้ลงทะเบียนจะต้องตรงกับบัตรประชาชน), เบอร์โทรศัพท์,อีเมล,ช่องทางการสั่งซื้อสินค้า, เลขที่ใบเสร็จ, ยอดสุทธิบนใบเสร็จ (หลังหักส่วนลด และไม่รวมค่าจัดส่ง), วันที่ซื้อสินค้า, แนบรูปถ่ายใบเสร็จตัวจริงหรือใบเสร็จอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่ระบุชื่อ-นามสกุล และต้องเห็นรายละเอียดหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อ หรือเลขที่

ใบเสร็จ วันที่และเวลาที่ซื้อสินค้า รายละเอียดสินค้าที่เข้าร่วมรายการ ยอดเงิน และชื่อร้านค้าอย่างชัดเจนและครบถ้วน

3.กรุณาส่งรูปถ่ายใบเสร็จจำนวน 1 ใบเสร็จ ต่อการลงทะเบียน 1 ครั้งเท่านั้น ในกรณีที่ใบเสร็จยาว สามารถเพิ่มรูปได้สูงสุด 3 รูป

4.ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมสามารถซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ร่วมรายการนี้ และลงทะเบียนได้ตั้งแต่วันที่
12 มิถุนายน 2569 – 09 กรกฎาคม 2569 (สิ้นสุดการซื้อและลงทะเบียนวันที่ 09 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 23.59 น.) ทั้งนี้วันที่ในใบเสร็จ และวันที่ลงทะเบียน จะต้องเป็นวันที่ ที่อยู่ในระยะเวลากิจกรรมเท่านั้น

รายละเอียดของรางวัล

สิทธิ์เข้าร่วมงาน “Eucerin presents Once Upon a Glow X LingLing” ในวันพุธที่ 19 สิงหาคม 2569 เวลา 15.00-17.30 น. (รายละเอียดของสถานที่จัดงาน ทางคณะผู้จัดงาน จะแจ้งให้ทราบอีกครั้ง) รวมทั้งหมด 80 ท่าน โดยผู้โชคดีจะแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ประเภท ได้แก่ Special Fans จำนวน 20 ท่าน และ Lucky Fans จำนวน 60 ท่าน โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้

•Special Fans จะพิจารณาจากผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมที่มีจำนวนสิทธิ์สะสมสูงสุดในระบบ จำนวน 20 อันดับแรก โดยจะนับสิทธิ์ตั้งแต่วันที่ 12 มิถุนายน 2569 จนถึงวันสิ้นสุดกิจกรรม 09 กรกฎาคม 2569

•Lucky Fans จะพิจารณาจากการสุ่มรายชื่อผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทั้งหมดที่มีสิทธิ์ตามเงื่อนไขที่ทาง Eucerin ได้ระบุไว้ จำนวน 60 ท่าน

ทั้งนี้ ในกรณีที่มีผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมที่มีจำนวนสิทธิ์สะสมเท่ากัน ทางคณะผู้จัดงาน ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาจัดลำดับตามระยะเวลาที่ทำรายการก่อน – หลัง หรือเกณฑ์อื่นๆตามที่บริษัทกำหนด โดยคำตัดสินของบริษัทถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

ระยะเวลากิจกรรม

1.ซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์และส่งใบเสร็จเพื่อร่วมสนุกได้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 12 มิถุนายน 2569 – 09 กรกฎาคม 2569 ทั้งนี้ วันที่ในใบเสร็จต้องเป็นวันที่ที่อยู่ในระยะเวลากิจกรรมเท่านั้น

2.จับรางวัลวันที่ 11 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 09.00 น. ที่บริษัท ลัคกี้วันกรุ๊ป จำกัด ตั้งอยู่ที่ เลขที่ 3/16 นนทบุรี ถนนสนามบินน้ำ ตำบลท่าทราย อำเภอเมืองนนทบุรี นนทบุรี 11000

3.ประกาศรางวัลทั้งหมด 80 รางวัล ในวันที่ 21 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 12.00 น. ผ่านช่องทาง

4.สำหรับผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัล สิทธิ์เข้าร่วมงาน “Eucerin presents Once Upon a Glow X LingLing” ผู้โชคดีต้องยืนยันตัวตนผ่าน LINE Official Account: Eucerin Thailand (@eucerinthailand) ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด คือ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 21 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 12.01 น. ถึงวันที่ 24 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 18.00 น. หากหลังการประกาศผลยังมีผู้โชคดีที่ไม่ยืนยันสิทธิ์ครบถ้วน ทางบริษัทฯ จะทำการติดต่อผ่านหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ที่ลงทะเบียนไว้ ภายในวันที่ 25 กรกฎาคม 2569 ตั้งแต่เวลา 09.01 น. เป็นต้นไป โดยจะติดต่อทั้งหมดจำนวน 3 ครั้ง ต่อ 1 ท่าน และหากไม่สามารถติดต่อได้ครบตามจำนวนครั้ง หรือไม่ยืนยันตัวตนภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด จะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์ และบริษัทฯ จะทำการติดต่อผู้โชคดีสำรองตามลำดับถัดไป ผู้โชคดีสำรองสามารถยืนยันตัวตนผ่าน LINE Official Account: @eucerinthailand ได้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 27 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 00.01 น. ถึงวันที่ 29 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 18.00 น.

5.ในวันที่ 19 สิงหาคม 2569 ผู้ที่ได้รับสิทธิ์ Special Fans และ Lucky Fans ร่วมงาน ทั้ง 80 ท่าน จะต้องเตรียมเอกสารมาให้ทีมงาน ในวันจัดงาน เพื่อเป็นการยืนยันตัวตน ดังนี้

1)บัตรประชาชน / ใบขับขี่ (หรือเอกสารที่ทางราชการออกให้) มาแสดงเพื่อ เป็นหลักฐานในการเข้าร่วมงาน โดยที่ชื่อ - นามสกุล จะต้องตรงกันกับชื่อ ที่ลงทะเบียน และไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ในการร่วมกิจกรรมให้กับผู้อื่นได้

** หมายเหตุ **

ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม 1 ท่าน มีสิทธิ์ได้รับรางวัลสูงสุดเพียง 1 รางวัลเท่านั้น โดยสิทธิ์ที่ได้รับไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงเป็นรางวัลอื่น และไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ให้กับผู้อื่นได้ **

กติกาและเงื่อนไขในการรับรางวัล

1.บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์เฉพาะสินค้าที่มีเลขที่ใบเสร็จที่สามารถยืนยันการซื้อสินค้าเท่านั้น และขอสงวนสิทธิ์ระงับมอบของรางวัลหรือเรียกคืนของรางวัลในกรณีที่บริษัทฯ ตรวจสอบพบว่าผู้มีสิทธิ์ได้รับรางวัล และ/หรือ ผู้รับรางวัลรายใดรายหนึ่งมีคุณสมบัติไม่ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน สงวนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัล 1 สิทธิ์ต่อ 1 บัญชีที่ลงทะเบียน ได้แก่ ชื่อ-นามสกุล และเบอร์โทรศัพท์ตลอดรายการ

2.ใบเสร็จรับเงินหรือใบกำกับภาษีสามารถใช้ลงทะเบียนร่วมกิจกรรมได้เพียง 1 ใบเสร็จรับเงิน ต่อ 1 ครั้ง และไม่สามารถส่งซ้ำได้อีก หรือลงทะเบียนกับกิจกรรมอื่นๆของยูเซอริน หากพบว่ามีการลงทะเบียนร่วมกิจกรรมซ้ำ บริษัทฯ จะพิจารณาให้สิทธิ์ตามข้อมูลเฉพาะในวันที่มีการกรอกข้อมูลมาครั้งแรกเท่านั้น ทั้งนี้ ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม 1 ท่าน สามารถลงทะเบียนใบเสร็จรับเงินหรือใบกำกับภาษีได้หลายใบ

3.การจับรางวัลชิงโชคจะนำข้อมูลผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมทั้งหมดมาพิมพ์ลงบนกระดาษตามจำนวนสิทธิ์ และนำมากองรวมกัน แล้วโยนขึ้นบนอากาศ จับชิ้นส่วนต่อหน้าคณะกรรมการดำเนินงานและสักขีพยานจากกรมการปกครอง กระทรวงมหาดไทย เพื่อให้ได้รับรางวัลตามที่กำหนดไว้ พร้อมทั้งอ่านรายชื่อผู้โชคดีรางวัลชิงโชคให้ทราบโดยทั่วกัน

4.บริษัทฯ และผู้จัดกิจกรรม สงวนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้โชคดี 1 ท่าน มีสิทธิ์จะได้รับรางวัลเพียงรางวัลเดียวเท่านั้น

5.บริษัทฯ และผู้จัดกิจกรรม ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตอบรับ หรือปฏิเสธการสมัครเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมใดๆ ที่บริษัทฯ และผู้จัดกิจกรรมเห็นว่าการสมัครนั้นๆ ไม่ได้เป็นไปตามกติกาของกิจกรรม หรืออาจทำลายกิจกรรม ทางบริษัทฯ และผู้จัดกิจกรรมมีสิทธิในการพิจารณาไม่ให้ผู้ใดร่วมกิจกรรม และมีสิทธิ์ที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลง แก้ไข หรือยกเลิกกฎของกิจกรรมเมื่อใดก็ได้ และผู้ที่ร่วมกิจกรรมไม่สามารถเรียกร้องต่อความเสียหายใดๆ จากบริษัทฯ และผู้จัดกิจกรรมได้

6.กรณีบริษัทฯ และผู้จัดกิจกรรม ตรวจสอบภายหลัง และพบว่าผู้ได้รับรางวัลมีคุณสมบัติไม่ถูกต้องครบถ้วน และ/หรือ ไม่อยู่ในเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด บริษัทฯ และผู้จัดกิจกรรม สามารถยกเลิกสิทธิ์และมอบสิทธิ์ใหม่ให้ผู้ได้รับรางวัลในรายชื่อสำรองได้ (จับรายชื่อสำรองจำนวน 30 ท่าน) รวมถึงขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการมอบ, ยกเลิก, เพิกถอน, หรือเรียกคืนรางวัลทั้งหมด รวมทั้งเรียกให้ชดใช้ค่าเสียหาย หากมีการใช้สิทธิ์ร่วมรายการโดยทุจริต, ปลอมแปลง, ฉ้อฉล, เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งสิทธิ์ในรายการนี้

7.ของรางวัลไม่สามารถแลก ทอน หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงเป็นเงินสดได้ และไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นได้

8.บริษัท ไบเออร์สด๊อรฟ (ประเทศไทย) จํากัด (“บริษัทฯ”) มอบหมายให้ บริษัท บอนดูบา แอนด์ นิงกิ จำกัด เป็นผู้จัดกิจกรรม Eucerin presents Once Upon a Glow X LingLing ("ผู้จัดกิจกรรม") ในวันที่ 19 สิงหาคม 2569 และเป็นผู้ติดต่อผู้โชคดีผ่านทางเบอร์โทรศัพท์ที่ลูกค้าระบุ

9.ผู้โชคดีจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นใดๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการรับของรางวัล และการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนี้ด้วยตนเอง

10.บริษัทฯ ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการส่งข้อความที่ล่าช้า สูญหาย ไม่สมบูรณ์ การฉ้อโกง หรือการส่งข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้อง ที่เกิดจากผู้ร่วมรายการและ/หรือระบบโทรศัพท์ ไม่ว่าจะเนื่องมาจากสาเหตุใดๆ ก็ตาม

11.การเข้าร่วมรายการนี้ บริษัทฯ ถือว่าผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมและร้านค้าที่ร่วมรายการ ยินดีที่จะให้บริษัทฯ ส่งข่าวสารประชาสัมพันธ์ทาง SMS และสื่ออื่นๆ ได้ในภายหลัง และถือว่าเป็นการให้ความยินยอมให้บริษัทฯ ใช้ชื่อ ภาพ เสียง ข้อมูลอื่นใด รวมถึงการปรากฏตัวในงานต่างๆ การถ่ายภาพเพื่อเผยแพร่และโฆษณาบนหนังสือพิมพ์ และ/หรือสื่อโฆษณาออนไลน์ และ/หรือสื่ออื่นๆ โดยภาพถ่ายต่างๆ ถือเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของบริษัทฯ โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าและไม่ต้องจ่ายค่าตอบแทนใดๆ สำหรับรายการกิจกรรมนี้เท่านั้น

12.พนักงานและสมาชิกในครอบครัวของบริษัท ไบเออร์สด๊อรฟ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด, บริษัท บอนดูบาแอนด์นิงกิ จำกัด, บริษัท ลัคกี้วันกรุ๊ป จำกัด รวมทั้งบุคคลหรือองค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดรายการในครั้งนี้ไม่มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม

13.กรณีมีข้อพิพาทขัดแย้ง หรือต้องตีความ ให้ยึดตามคำตัดสินของคณะกรรมการซึ่งถือเป็นที่เด็ดขาดและสิ้นสุดในทุกกรณี

14.การร่วมกิจกรรมถือว่าผู้ร่วมรายการได้ทำความเข้าใจรายละเอียด ยอมรับเงื่อนไข และปฏิบัติตามกติกาที่ระบุไว้ข้างต้นทุกประการ

การคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

1.ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมเข้าใจและรับทราบเป็นอย่างดีถึงวัตถุประสงค์ของกิจกรรมนี้ และตกลงยินยอมที่จะให้บริษัทฯ ตัวแทน หรือเจ้าหน้าที่ของบริษัทฯ ทำการเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเฉพาะ ชื่อ นามสกุล เบอร์โทรศัพท์ติดต่อ อีเมลแอดเดรส การถ่ายภาพ ภาพถ่าย และข้อมูลเอกสารต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับตนเอง มาใช้เพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์ทั้งภายในและภายนอกบริษัทฯ และ/หรือเพื่อการส่งเสริมการขาย การโฆษณา ผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัทฯ และบริษัทในเครือ และตลอดจนการดำเนินการที่จำเป็นอื่นใดภายในบริษัทฯ ทั้งนี้ เป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัทฯ และตามข้อบังคับของกฎหมาย และ/หรือเพื่อให้การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม การแจ้งผล และการรับรางวัลในกิจกรรม ตลอดจนการข้อมูลดังกล่าวมาประมวลผลของกิจกรรมนี้ว่าบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์สมบูรณ์อย่างแท้จริง

2.ในกรณีที่มีการพิมพ์ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม เพื่อใช้ในการจับรางวัล ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังกล่าวจะถูกนำมาใช้เพื่อการจับและแจกรางวัลตามวัตถุประสงค์ของกิจกรรมนี้เท่านั้น เมื่อการจับรางวัลเสร็จสิ้นข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมที่ถูกพิมพ์จะถูกนำไปทำลายทิ้งอย่างเหมาะสมภายใน 1 ปี

3.ข้อมูลที่ถูกบันทึกไว้ทั้งหมดอาจมีการโอน และ/หรือ ส่งผ่านไปยังบริษัทในเครือ บริษัทที่เป็นคู่ค้าหรือพันธมิตรกับบริษัทที่ซึ่งเกี่ยวข้องกับระบบการประมวลผลข้อมูล การจัดกิจกรรม และ/หรือ การจัดเก็บข้อมูลนี้ในนามของบริษัทฯ รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียงบริษัทในเครือ ซึ่งมีถิ่นที่ตั้งอยู่ในต่างประเทศ ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ ได้จัดให้มีมาตราการรักษาความปลอดภัยในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เพื่อป้องกันมิให้บุคคลอื่นที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องนำไปใช้ได้ หรือถูกนำไปใช้นอกเหนือวัตถุประสงค์ หรือนำไปใช้ หรือเปิดเผยโดยมิชอบ ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมรับทราบว่า ตลอดระยะเวลาที่ข้อมูลมีการจัดเก็บ ตนสามารถขอเข้าถึงและขอรับสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังกล่าว หรือไม่ยินยอมให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามที่บริษัทฯ ร้องขอ หรือขอให้บริษัทฯ ระงับการใช้ หรือทำลายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังกล่าวได้ โดยผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมรับทราบว่าการไม่ยินยอม หรือเพิกถอนความยินยอมดังกล่าว อาจมีผลกระทบต่อการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ซึ่งเป็นเหตุให้ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังกล่าวไว้แก่บริษัทฯ

ตามที่ บริษัท ไบเออร์สด๊อรฟ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (“บริษัท”) ได้มีการจัดกิจกรรม “ Eucerin presents Once Upon a Glow X LingLing ” เพื่อเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการโปรโมทผลิตภัณฑ์ภายใต้เครื่องหมายการค้า EUCERIN โดยการจัดกิจกรรมนี้ บริษัทจึงมีความจำเป็นที่ต้องมีการจัดเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล รวมถึงภาพถ่าย และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องในข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านลูกค้า รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง ชื่อ นามสกุล ที่อยู่ที่สามารถติดต่อได้ ที่อยู่อีเมล เบอร์โทรศัพท์ ฯลฯ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ดังที่ได้แจ้งรายละเอียดข้างต้น ตลอดจนการนำข้อมูลดังกล่าวมาประมวลผลข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมของท่าน เพื่อการโปรโมต โฆษณาผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัทและบริษัทในเครือ และตลอดจนการดำเนินการที่จำเป็นอื่นใด เท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ข้างต้น

ทั้งนี้ ข้อมูลที่ถูกบันทึกไว้ทั้งหมดอาจมีการโอน และ/หรือ ส่งผ่านไปยังบริษัทในเครือ บริษัทที่เป็นคู่ค้า หรือพันธมิตรกับบริษัทที่ซึ่งเกี่ยวข้องกับระบบการประมวลผลข้อมูล การจัดกิจกรรม และ/หรือ การจัดเก็บข้อมูลนี้ในนามของบริษัท รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง บริษัทในเครือ ซึ่งมีถิ่นที่ตั้งอยู่ในต่างประเทศ ทั้งนี้ บริษัทได้กำชับให้ผู้รับข้อมูลจัดให้มีมาตราการรักษาความปลอดภัยในการจัดเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เพื่อป้องกันมิให้บุคคลอื่นที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องนำไปใช้ได้ หรือถูกนำไปใช้นอกเหนือวัตถุประสงค์ หรือนำไปใช้ หรือเปิดเผยโดยมิชอบ

“ Eucerin presents Once Upon a Glow X LingLing ”

Participants will be eligible to receive a lucky draw entry to win an exclusive reward from Eucerin with the purchase of participating products within the Eucerin Spotless Brightening range from 12 June 2026 to 9 July 2026.

The exclusive reward consists of tickets for 80 lucky winners to attend “Eucerin presents Once Upon a Glow x LingLing”, which will be held on Wednesday, 19 August 2026, from 15:00 – 17:30 (The event venue will be announced in due course by the authorized event organizer)

The exclusive rewards are categorized into two (2) ticket tiers: ‘Special Fans’ (20 seats available) and ‘Lucky Fans’ (60 seats available). To be eligible for the lucky draw entry, participants must fulfill the purchase requirements and comply with the campaign’s terms and conditions:

Tier 1:

Participants will receive one (1) lucky draw entry for every 1,000 Baht spent on a single receipt (calculated after discounts are applied), provided that the receipt must include only ‘Eucerin Spotless Brightening Booster Serum 30ml’ or ‘Eucerin Even Skin Spotless Brightening Boosting Essence 100 ml’, at least one (1) piece. **Remaining amounts under 1,000 Baht from separate unique receipts cannot be combined to claim additional entries** Under these terms and conditions, participants are permitted to accumulate an unlimited number of lucky draw entries on a single receipt, and there is no maximum restriction on product purchase volumes per customer.

Example:
a) Purchase 1x Eucerin Spotless Brightening Booster Serum (2,025 Baht) = 2 lucky draw entries.
b) Purchase 1x Eucerin Even Skin Spotless Brightening Boosting Essence (1,215 Baht) = 1 lucky draw entry.
c) Purchase 1x Booster Serum + 1x Boosting Essence (Total: 3,240 Baht on one receipt) = 3 lucky draw entries.

Tier 2:

Participants will receive double (2x) lucky draw entries for spending a total of 5,000 Baht or more on a single receipt (calculated after discounts are applied). The receipt must include at least one (1) piece of both ‘Eucerin Spotless Brightening Booster Serum 30ml.’ and ‘Eucerin Even Skin Spotless Brightening Boosting Essence 100 ml.’ The purchase may be combined with other participating products within the Eucerin Spotless Brightening range to meet spending threshold. **Remaining amounts from separate unique receipts cannot be combined to claim additional entries** Under these terms and conditions, participants are permitted to accumulate an unlimited number of lucky draw entries on a single receipt, and there is no maximum restriction on product purchase volumes per customer.

Participated Purchase Platform & Campaign Period

Offline purchase: Valid at all EVEANDBOY store locations.

Online purchase: Valid exclusively via the official EVEANDBOY website and mobile application.

Campaign period: From 12 June 2026 at 00:01 to 9 July 2026 at 23:59.

Remark

* Participants are eligible to participate in both campaign tiers: ‘Special Fans’ and ‘Lucky Fans’. The ‘Special Fans’ tier winners will be determined based on the top twenty (20) highest-accumulated spenders.

** Registered participants who do not win a reward under the ‘Special Fans’ tier will be automatically entered into the random lucky draw for a chance to win one of the remaining sixty (60) ‘Lucky Fans’ tier rewards.

*** Value of multiple purchase receipts cannot be summed.

**** For offline purchases, the receipt must be issued exclusively by a POS machine at a participating retail store. For online purchases, participants must provide either the purchase receipt or the order summary issued by the participating platform, which can be verified by the official system**

***** The purchase receipt cannot be re-uploaded into the registration system. If any duplicate of the receipt number is detected, the campaign entry will be granted to the first successful submission**

****** Any unsuccessful payment purchase orders or cancelled orders will be presumed to be invalid receipts, and will not be eligible for use in registration to participate in the campaign, regardless of whether such purchase failure originates from the participating retail stores or the participants.

******* In the event that an unsuccessful order is cancelled by the seller on an online platform, and it can be definitively proven that such failure did not originate from the participant, the participant may contact the authorized event organizer’s staff to verify their eligibility. The organizer reserves the absolute right of final decision-making to determine and conduct the appropriate action on a case-by-case basis.

Campaign Reward Criteria

A total of eighty (80) rewards are exclusively available for lucky winners to attend the event “Eucerin presents Once Upon a Glow x LingLing” on Wednesday, 19 August 2026.

The twenty (20) ‘Special Fans’ tier rewards will be allocated to the top twenty (20) participants with the highest accumulated spending, whose entry registrations received from 12 June 2026 to 9 July 2026 (Registration ends strictly on 9 July 2026 at 23:59 hrs.), provided they fully comply with all campaign terms and conditions.

The sixty (60) ‘Lucky Fans’ tier rewards will be randomly selected and drawn from participants who registered entries from 12 June 2026 to 9 July 2026 (Registration ends on 9 July 2026 at 23:59) and who fully comply with all campaign terms and conditions.

Winners who are selected for the ‘Special Fans’ tier (Top Spenders) will be strictly excluded from the ‘Lucky Fans’ tier lucky draw.

How to Participate

Participants must purchase the eligible participating products.

The purchase receipt must be registered via LINE Official Account ‘Eucerin Thailand’ (@eucerinthailand) within the campaign period. Participants must provide the following details:

Participants may purchase participating products and register for campaign entry during the campaign period, running from 12 June 2026 to 9 July 2026 (the campaign ends on 9 July 2026 at 23:59). Both the purchase date on the receipt and the registration date must strictly fall within this campaign period.

Campaign Timeline & Verification Procedures

Purchase the participating products and register the receipt to enter the campaign from 12 June 2026 – 9 July 2026. The date of receipt must strictly fall within the campaign period only.

The reward will be drawn on 11 July 2026, 9:00 a.m. at Lucky One Group Co., Ltd. (company location; 3/16 Soi Nonthaburi48, Sanambinnam Rd., Ta Sai, Mueang Nonthaburi District, Nonthaburi 11000)

The lucky winners to attend "Eucerin presents Once Upon a Glow x LingLing" must complete their verification via Eucerin Thailand LINE Official Account (@eucerinthailand) from 21 July 2026 at 12:01 to 24 July 2026 at 18:00.
If a winner fails to complete the verification with the stated period, the organizing team will attempt to contact them via registered mobile number within 25 July 2026, from 09:01 onward, capped at a maximum of three (3) contact attempts per person.
If the maximum contact attempt is reached or the winner fails to complete the verification within the final announced timeframe, the company reserves the right to deem that the winner has waived their claim and the reward will then be passed to the next backup winner in sequence.
The backup winner must complete their verification via Eucerin Thailand LINE Official Account (@eucerinthailand) from 27 July 2026 at 00:01 to 29 July 2026 at 18:00.

On the event date of 19 August 2026, all lucky winners; both Special Fans and Lucky Fans must prepare the following documents to the staff for the verification before entering the event venue.

ID card / Driving license (or any other document issued by government). The name – surname must match with the registered information. The reward is strictly not permitted to transfer / sell / give away to third person.

** Remark **

The company reserves the right to limit the campaign registration capped maximum one (1) reward per lucky winner. The reward is not permitted to change or exchange to other reward, and it is unable to transfer to third person.

Rewarding Terms & Conditions

The company reserves the right to verify the validity of all participating product purchases and receipt reference numbers and further reserves the right to forfeit or reclaim the reward from any eligible winner and/or the reward recipient if the company found they do not meet the qualifications. The company reserves the right to limit one (1) eligibility reward claim per registered account, defined as one (1) unique full name and one (1) mobile number throughout the campaign period.

One (1) purchase receipt or tax invoice can be used only once (1) to enter the lucky draw campaign and cannot be re-uploaded into the registration system for this campaign or any other campaign by Eucerin. If duplicate registrations are detected, the company will grant campaign entry based on the first successful submission. However, participants remain eligible to submit multiple unique purchase receipts or tax invoices.

The lucky draw will be conducted by printing out all participant information into individual entry slips, corresponding to their total number of eligible lucky draw entries. These slips will be tossed into the air and drawn at random. The names of the lucky winners will then be announced publicly in the presence of authorized organizer, campaign operating committee, and a witnessing official from the Department of Provincial Administration.

The company and the organizer reserve the right to limit rewards to one (1) per lucky winner.

The company and the organizer reserve the right to accept or deny any campaign registration that does not fall within campaign terms and conditions or may cause any damage to the campaign. The company and the organizer have the authorized not to permitted any one to enter the campaign, and reserve the rights to change, edit, and cancel any terms and conditions at any time. Participants in this campaign cannot claim any damage of any cause from the company and the organizer.

If the company and the organizer subsequently find that any reward recipient does not meet the qualifications and/or has not complied with any campaign terms and conditions, they reserve the right to reclaim the reward. The reward will then be awarded to the next backup winner in sequence (a total of 30 backup winners will be drawn in advance). They further reserve the right to re-award, cancel, forfeit, or reclaim any and all rewards, as well as pursue legal claims for damages against any individual who has committed acts of corruption, forgery, or fraud to obtain a lucky draw entry or reward under this campaign.

The reward cannot exchange or redeem as cash, and it is strictly not permitted transfer / sell / give away to third person.

Beiersdorf (Thailand) Co., Ltd. ("the Company") has appointed Lucky One Group Co., Ltd. to act as the official event organizer ("the Organizer") for the “Eucerin presents Once Upon a Glow x LingLing” campaign commencing on 19 August 2026, which includes managing winner communications via the telephone numbers provided by customers.

Lucky winners will solely be responsible for any other expenses related to receiving prizes and participating in this event.

The Company will not be responsible for any delayed, lost, incomplete, fraud, or incorrect information submission by participants and/or the system, regardless of the cause.

By participating in this event, the company considers that participants and participating stores agree to allow the company to send promotional information via SMS and other media at a later date. and to consent to the company using their names, images, voices, and other information, including appearances at events, photographs for publication and advertising in newspapers and/or online advertising and/or other media. All photographs are the property of the Company without prior notice and without compensation for this event only.

Employees and family members of Beiersdorf (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Bonduba & Ningki United Co., Ltd., Lucky One Group Co., Ltd., as well as any individuals or organizations involved in organizing this event, are not eligible to participate.

In case of any disputes, conflicts, or interpretations, the decision of the campaign operating committee shall be final and binding in all cases.

By participating in this event, participants acknowledge their understanding of all information, terms and conditions, and agree to comply with all rules stated above.

Personal Data Protection (PDPA Compliance)

Participants understand and acknowledge the purpose of this campaign and consent to allow the Company, its representatives, or its designated officers to collect, use, or disclose their personal data—including but not limited to their full name, mobile number, email address, photographs, video or audio recordings, and related documents. This data may be processed for internal and external promotional purposes, sales promotions, product advertising for the Company and its subsidiaries, and any other necessary internal business operations in accordance with the Company’s privacy policies and legal regulations, as well as to fulfill the objectives of campaign participation, winner notification, and reward redemption.

In the event that participants' personal data is printed on physical paper for use in the lucky draw, such data will be used strictly for the purposes of conducting the draw and distributing rewards according to the campaign objectives. Once the lucky draw and reward verification are completed, all printed personal data will be securely destroyed within one (1) year from the date of the lucky draw.

All recorded personal data may be transferred and/or transmitted to subsidiaries, affiliates, or business partners of the Company involved in data processing, campaign organization, and/or data storage on behalf of the Company, including entities located abroad. The Company has implemented strict security measures to prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure, loss, or alteration of personal data. Participants acknowledge their rights under applicable data protection laws to request access to and receive a copy of their personal data, object to or restrict its processing, or request the deletion or destruction of their data. A participant's refusal to provide or decision to withdraw consent may directly affect their ability to participate in the campaign or claim their rewards.

Data-Disclosure Agreement for Promotional Activities

As part of the promotion of products under the Eucerin brand, Beiersdorf (Thailand) Co., Ltd. ("the Company") organizes the “Eucerin presents Once Upon a Glow x LingLing” campaign, for which the Company requires the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information—including photographs, video or audio recordings, and related documents from customers, including but not limited to full name, address, email, and mobile number—for the purposes stated above. This information will also be processed to analyze participant behavior for the purpose of marketing and advertising the products of the Company and its affiliates, as well as for any other necessary actions to achieve these objectives.

All recorded information may be transferred and/or transmitted to affiliated companies, business partners, or entities involved in data processing, event organization, and/or data storage on behalf of the Company, including affiliates located abroad. The Company has instructed all data recipients to implement strict security measures for storing personal information to prevent unauthorized use, misuse, or improper disclosure.

I acknowledge and voluntarily consent to the aforementioned actions. Furthermore, I understand that I may request access to and obtain a copy of my personal information. I retain the right to request the Company to correct, suspend the use of, delete, or destroy my data, or object to the processing of such personal data. I acknowledge that refusing to consent or withdrawing my consent may directly affect my participation, potentially resulting in the disqualification of my entries or preventing me from participating in the campaign entirely.
